Before application, test hair for pre-existing chemicals such as relaxers, perms, use of harsh chemicals, hair porosity and scalp sensitivity or allergy to Perfect White Super Bleach. People with sensitivities or allergic reactions or hair that is too porous and in poor condition should not use Perfect White Super Bleach.

Preparation of the Mixture: The amount of "Perfect White" powder for one application will depend on the type of application and the amount of hair to be bleached. For a medium application, place 4 tablespoons of powder into a non-metallic paste or glass container. Use one ounce of hydrogen peroxide (about 30 ml) for each level measure of powder in the measuring spoon. Mix until creamy and until the powder is completely dissolved.

Use peroxide in liquid or cream of 10* 20* 30* volumes depending on the degree of lightening desired. Use 10 volumes on relaxed, permed or porous hair. Check the development regularly until the desired level of discoloration is reached. You should not use shampoo before application. Use shampoo after application. WEAR GLOVES. Discard any leftover mix after application.
