Refund Policy

 

We have a 48-hour return policy after receipt of merchandise, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return.

 

Due to health and safety concerns of our customers, returns will be accepted in their original packaging and/or packing.  No returns will be accepted for opened or used products or parts.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

 

To initiate a return, you can contact us at sandra@andreasupply.com . If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to ship your package.  The cost of returns will be decided once ANDREA'S BEAUTY SUPPLY Inc. receives the product.  The TOTAL amount refunded will be decided on a case by case basis.  Items sent to us will not be accepted without first requesting a return. Back Office approval must be received before a return can be made.  Please allow 24 to 72 Hours to respond to the return review.

Damages and Problems

 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and correct it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items are non-returnable, such as perishable products (such as food, flowers or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

​

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund as well.
