How to Use
Mix Porbela Bleach Powder Blue with Porbela Oxidant Cream (10, 20, 30, or 40 Vol) in a non-metallic bowl at a ratio of 1:2 (1 part bleach to 2 parts developer).
Apply immediately after mixing.
Process for 20–45 minutes depending on desired lift level.
Rinse thoroughly and follow with Porbela Deep Treatment Mask.
Avoid contact with eyes.
