Perfect Blue Super Lightening Powder Flex 2 LB (Up to 10 Levels)
Perfect Blue Italy Laboratories have formulated a new generation of Perfect Blue lightener with POWDER PLEX with greater respect for the structure, hydration and shine of the hair that allows professionals to achieve up to 10 levels of total lifting, which does not touch the scalp.
A component called Powder Plex in combination with oils, proteins and plant extracts that allow this innovative formula to produce an antioxidant and moisturizing effect that helps hair during processing. The properties of this modern formula help make hair less porous with greater elasticity and shine, while feeling healthier to the touch.
This "state of the art" formula with the Powder Plex helps to reduce oxidation and porosity during lifting compared to conventional lightening powder formulas as it helps maintain the integrity of the hair structure.
HOW TO USE:
Professional Application Only. DO NOT wash hair before application, wash after. Before painting, test hair for pre-existing chemicals such as relaxers, perms, use of harsh chemicals, hair porosity and scalp sensitivity or allergy to Perfect Blue Powder Plex. People with sensitivities or allergic reactions or hair that is too porous and in poor condition should not use Perfect Blue Powder Plex.
Mixing Ratio: 1 part of Perfect Blue Powder Plex with 2 parts of Cream Peroxide.
In a non-metallic bowl for medium length hair mix add two measuring tablespoons (2 ounces) of powder to 4 ounces of peroxide cream (optional).
Choosing your peroxide depends on the porosity of the hair and the elevation levels on average 10 Vol for 1 to 2 levels of elevation; 20 Vol for 2 to 3 levels of elevation; 30 Vol for 4 to 5 levels of elevation; 40 Vol for 6 to 7 levels of elevation.
The average time is 20 to 45 minutes, depending on the desired effect, with a "room temperature equal to one body temperature", you can use a lamp or heat with a dryer by hand
(never process in a cool area or with air conditioning above).
IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE THE HIGHEST ELEVATION UP TO 10 LEVELS, after the first 45 minutes of processing CHECK THE CONDITION OF THE HAIR AND THE COMFORT OF THE CLIENT. then reapply the remaining mix adding 20 Vol as needed to cover the sections and use a heat source such as a heat lamp or a dryer, regularly monitoring the process, with the reapplication of the mix to the sections. sections where needed and check processing for up to an additional 45 minutes, with a total maximum of 90 minutes. Use gloves . Room temperature will influence the processing time, during processing, please keep hair away from cold, as the process should be done in a warm area (70°F or 20°C and above).ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Do not use on dry, overly porous or straight hair. Supervise carefully throughout the entire process. The process should be reviewed regularly.
