Instructions for Use: Prepare the bleaching powder in a non-metallic container, slowly adding PORBELA Oxidizing Cream until the desired consistency is achieved for the chosen technique. Mix one spoon (30gr) of BLOND ROSES PORBELA with 60 ml of PORBELA Oxidizing Cream of 10, 20 or 30 Volumes depending on the degree of bleaching to be obtained.
