Refund Policy​

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Due to health and safety concerns, returns are accepted only for unused products in their original packaging. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@andreasupply.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to ship your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please allow 24 to 72 hours for approval of your return request.

Damages and Problems  


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items  


Certain items such as personal care products (beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges  


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds  


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
